If you find Clarkson, May, and Hammond a bit too smarmy and Top Gear USA a bit too, well, amateurish, then maybe the newest TV car show, The Car Show, is for you. You don’t have long to wait to find out–the first episode debuts July 13 on Speed.
Hosted by Dan Neil, Matt Farah, and Adam Carolla, the show is already off to a good start, or at least a better start than Top Gear USA (Foust excepted). At any rate, here’s hoping America, a country built around automobiles, can actually make a decent show about them.
